Flight Training Bharat (FTB) Alliance has been initiated with a simple belief: India’s flight training ecosystem can become far stronger when serious training organisations collaborate instead of operating in isolation.

For too long, many FTOs have faced common challenges individually. Instructor shortages, student delays, aircraft downtime, lack of standardisation, and uneven training quality are not isolated problems. They are ecosystem-level challenges.

FTB Alliance is intended to become a constructive national platform where practical experience, professional standards, safety culture, and collaborative thinking come together.This initiative is for the future of Indian flight training.
